1. Appointment Rescheduling
We understand that life flows unpredictably. Sessions for 1-on-1 Tarot Consultations, Akashic Records, and Reiki may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours prior notice.
2. Cancellation Policy for Consultations
Due to the preparatory energy cleansing and dedicated time set aside by Mansi for every seeker, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a confirmed session are non-refundable, though we warmly provide one complimentary rescheduling opportunity.
3. Sacred Apothecary & Crystal Offerings
Every crystal, rudraksha mala, and talisman is consecrated, charged under full moonlight, and inspected prior to dispatch. If any sacred treasure arrives damaged during transit, notify us within 48 hours with photographs and we will promptly send an energized replacement or issue a full refund.
